The seasonal Market Build position begins the first week of February. The role lasts 4 to 6 weeks and consists of heavy manual labor at varying locations within the Hampton Roads area. Transportation is provided from our Hampton corporate office, as early as 6am each workday at West Pembroke Ave, Hampton, VA. Candidates must be ambitious and able to work outdoors with varying temperatures. Once the Market Builds have been completed, the candidate may be offered an extended seasonal role based on their work performance during the Market Builds.
The extended seasonal role of Warehouse Worker would then transition to our Hampton Warehouse location that would then conclude in late July.

We prize safety, speed, and accuracy above all else. We require Warehouse Workers who can pay careful attention to the job, follow instructions precisely and double-check his or her work before completing a task.
