Thompson and Elm
Thompson and Elm warrants to the original retail buyer that if the aluminum furniture frame fails structurally within five (5) years from date of purchase, Thompson and Elm will replace the part, repair the frame, or replace the entire item at our option. Replacement will be in the original color and style whenever possible; however, equal value replacement will be offered in the event of product discontinuance. Thompson and Elm warrants the powder coat finish for three (3) years from date of purchase, including peeling or blistering. Warranty period is one (1) year for wicker, wood, steel frames, cushions, sling fabrics, and umbrella frames. This limited warranty applies only to residential use, not commercial. Thompson and Elm does not warrant against acts of nature, commercial use, normal wear and tear, exposure to harsh chemicals or solvents, abuse, freeze damage, glass breakage, wind damage or failure to take reasonable care of the products. Hand applied finishes involving wear and fading of those finishes, is not included in this warranty. Thompson and Elm will not be responsible for any shipping charges after 12 months from the date of purchase. Original proof of purchase must accompany all warranty claims.

OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE: To obtain warranty service, please contact the retailer where the furniture was originally purchased within the relevant warranty period and provide a copy of your dated register receipt as proof as purchase. All warranty issues must be handled through the retailer where the furniture was originally purchased.

PRODUCT CARE: Cleaning - Use a mild soap and warm water. Do not use abrasive materials, cleansers, or bleach products. By doing so, will void your warranty. Rinse with water and dry thoroughly. Do not allow water to stay in the frames due to freezing in cold weather which may result in damage to the frames. Drain all water from the frames by removing foot caps and adjuster gliders.

Meadowcraft
All warranties apply to the original end user and are non-transferable. This warranty becomes void if product is used in a commercial setting. For commercial applications, visit www.meadowcraft.com. Proof of purchase is required with all claims. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

FRAME: Meadowcraft offers a 20-year limited structural warranty on the frame for all Meadowcraft wrought iron products when properly maintained in ordinary home use. Meadowcraft will, at factory option, repair or replace any Meadowcraft furniture for which the frame has failed structurally during normal residential use. This warranty is void if the furniture is used in a non-residential environment and/or has been misused, abused, or altered in any way. The warranty also becomes void in the even the furniture has been damaged by acts of God. Meadowcraft reserves the right, at factory option, to repair or place a frame or material in a similar color or frame should the warranty product be discontinued.

FINISH: Meadowcraft offers a 3-year limited warranty on paint finished. This warranty covers against blistering and peeling of the frame finish under normal use and proper maintenance. Meadowcraft will, at factory option, refinish or replace a Meadowcraft, refinish or replace a Meadowcraft product if the above conditions occur. Occasional spot rust from crevices and hidden unfinished surfaces inherent in some designs is considered normal and is not considered failure in finish.

CUSHIONS: Meadowcraft offers a 1-year limited warranty on all Meadowcraft cessions. This warranty covers the construction of the cushion and its use under normal residential use. Meadowcraft will, at factory option, repair or replace any Meadowcraft cushion that fails. This warranty becomes void if the cushion is used in a non-residential environment and/or if the cushion has been misused, abused or altered in any way. The warranty also becomes void in the event the cushion has been damaged and destroyed by acts of God. This warranty does not cover the fading of particular fabric.

STONE TABLE TOPS: (Solid surface/stone/faux/alternative tops) Meadowcraft offers a 1-year limited warranty on all alternative table tops. This warranty covers the construction of the top and its use under normal residential use, provided that regular maintenance and care is exercised as stated in use and care instructions. This warranty becomes void if another manufacturer’s base is used to support a Meadowcraft table top or if the table top is not properly installed according to instructions provided by Meadowcraft. This warranty does not apply to any damage caused by shipping accidents, misuse, abuse, alterations or repairs made by anyone other than Meadowcraft. This warranty also becomes void in the event the table top is damaged or destroyed by acts of God. Warranty begins on day one of the retail sale.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM: To make a warranty claim, contact customer service at 256-395-2501. Please be sure to have your receipt and a photo of the issue for quick processing of any warranty claim. Photos help us ensure problems are quickly diagnosed and properly taken care of. Prior authorization from the factory or factory representative is required for product return. If the complaint is found to be covered by the warranty and is returned within 12 months of date of purchase or 24 months from the manufacturer’s date of delivery to the dealer, Meadowcraft will, at its discretion, pay reasonable freight charges on the replacement product. This consumer is responsible for freight to and from the factory if beyond the time frame stated above. Return products must be re-packed for pickup.

This warranty does not apply to any damaged caused by shipping, misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, acts of God, or unauthorized repairs made by anyone other than Meadowcraft. No other person is authorized to assume liability on behalf of Meadowcraft and in no event will Meadowcraft be liable for subsequent or contributory damages as it relates to its furniture. Except as expressly stated herein, Meadowcraft makes no warranties whether express or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of use of goods for a particular purpose. Meadowcraft’s limited warranty claims may only be processed directly by Meadowcraft.
