Donation Request Guidelines:
Requests should be submitted in writing at least two (2) full months prior to your event or need date. McDonalds will send a written response within 30 days of request receipt.
The Corporate office handles all donations.
Please include the following
on your organization’s letterhead:
1. Name & nature of your organization
2. What you are requesting & why
3. Date of your event & pertinent deadlines
4. Address & name to which a reply may sent
